Developed an AR-powered app for Belpost, Belarus’ national postal service, transforming static stamps into animated cultural stories. Includes an admin panel for seamless content updates.

Modernize Belarus’ philatelic heritage by:

Our role
Build cross-platform AR scanner: Recognizes stamp designs (even with folds/creases) and triggers 3D animations.
Design admin panel: Upload stamps, assign animations/videos, and schedule releases (e.g., Independence Day content).
Curate cultural storytelling: Collaborated with historians to ensure animations respected Belarusian heritage.
Optimize offline access: Pre-loaded animations for rural users with poor connectivity.
Localize for Belarusian/Russian audiences with Cyrillic UI and voiceovers.
Challenges
Stamp Recognition: Accurately detecting worn/vintage stamps with faded ink or postmarks.
Cultural Sensitivity: Animating historical events (e.g., WWII anniversaries) without trivialization.
Admin Simplicity: Enabling non-technical Belpost staff to upload 4K videos and descriptions.
